If you want a fanless HTPC, it is never cheap but my-MediaCentre 3D is still cheaper than AsRock VisionX 3d with fan....the fanless case itself is nearly $300.....

I'm not 100% certain on the motherboard brand that my-MediaCentre have in it, but this place built almost identical build- Beauty and power in your living room and this place built almost identical HTPC with a more powerful A10-5700K FM2 socket- ASUS Shows Off Silent PC With AMD Trinity APU....you can certainly built Intel i3-3220+Zotac Z77-ITX using fanless Zeno case and AMD A6-5400K+ASUS F2A85-M using fanless Streacom case by yourself...
