just finished my first stage in what ive been working on which as you can see from the topic is "xbmc skin editor & skin previewer". currently i have just finished a extractor which extracts all files from textures.xpr.

my next step is being able to convert the images back to something that is viewable on the pc. if anyone can give me any info regarding how the raw images can be decoded that will be greatly appreciated.
