Is there no graphics card or monitor on this PC? Are you trying to run XBMC over Remote Desktop? If so, that does not work.

Yes, running over Remote Desktop. But the PC has a graphics card.

Is it impossible to run XBMC on a "headless" PC? Any work-around?

Yeah that won't work on remote desktop.
There is a hack in the development section but it's Linux

You can run it over VNC as long as it is not running true fullscreen.

No hack or work-around for Windows? Anything on the roadmap to allow this? I am quite sure that I am not the only one looking for this to work - even more so with the improved UPNP server shaping up.
