Do these URL's violate Copyright Laws

I'd like to add a few preset .strm files to Hybrid but would like to check does anyone know if these urls violate any copyright laws.

My personal feeling is that they're streaming on the internet so all's good.

Hi Mudislander, Tom & Jerry are copyright of Warner Bros, i think you can't include the stream.
The Radio Channel are official, you don't need an external swfUrl, only the stream, e.g:
rtmp://fms.105.net:1935/live/virgin1
Not sure about CNN and their policy.
