Very often when recording TV the start of the desired video is not at the start of the file. Rather than go and edit the video file directly it would be very neat to enable autoskip on start to the first bookmark. Ideally this would be a per-file function so a toggle on the Context menu. Functionally it's a short cut for:

- opening the OSD
- navigating to the Bookmark button
- clicking on the Bookmark button
- clicking on the first saved Bookmark (if it exists)

An extra, nice tweak, would be to for user's to enable a bookmark to be of a special "start here" type, which would simplify configuration.
