Your CPU has the 2000 GPU built in and you may wish to run with that and see if it works fine for your needs. If not look at nvidia cards; I have run the 430 for years, it is inexpensive and reliable. I also have a 520 [relabeled as the 610 by nvidia] that works just fine as well.

SSD - look at Crucial M4 and Samsung 840 as top choices, a 128GB gives plenty of room for operating system and add on programs. Check your mobo specs for info on the native voltage for the ram and buy what matches, will save you grief over changing bios settings to make it work.

My latest build used a Kingwin Stryker fanless PSU but it is pricey compared to low noise types.

do not run 3D so can't help you with that...

There really isn't much you can do... I just added a pair of 80mm fans to the single motherboard header (y-splitter) and ran the three 120mm fans off a PCI manual controller. I also chose the only 5750 at the time with a blower type cooler on it.

I'm in the process of making another build, with a SG06 and 4-bay NAS.

In order to use the Shuriken Rev. B, and the 3.5" HDD under the DVD-ROM, I had to drill new holes on the cross beam. Be prepared, but it's easy enough. If you use the stock cooler, you will be OK.

Silver stone makes a good PSU, as does XFX and the Antec EarthWatts series is a good choice. Any 350w unit with good ratings on Newegg is fine by me.

Motherboards, I'm always partial to Asus, but Gigabyte also makes a quality board.

so, build went well but setup has been and still is a nightmare for 3d. after installing the nvidia driver update and the 3d projector edid override as nvidia wouldnt recognize the optoma projector, we had 3d via the test in the wizard but trying to play a 3d movie file no go and sound dropped throughout the system and no coming back. tried a clean uninstall and reinstall and same thing happened, had sound but then dropped, the volume icon showed it working but nada from any speakers. was thinking it was the pioneer vsx822 so exchanged it after reading of audio loss with roku and htpc's and picked up the better Denon and after installing nvidia and stereoscopic 3d once again no volume. what a nightmare all weekend trying to fix and to no avail. had to do a system restore and have sound again but not going to install anything until i find out wtf is wrong. is it the receiver? nvidia's latest driver version bug? optoma projector conflict? hard to find answers but hopefully something will turn for the good soon lol

I didn't answer your last post because:

1) I'm just an asshole who hates n00bs
2) I don't have a GTX650 and an Optoma projector

You can decide.
