I don't know what else y'all may need but basically after I add my tv episodes into and it picks it up off the server, sometimes it automatically pulls the episode name and info and sometimes it doesn't. What should I look for in this instance?

Debugging wasn't enabled in your log (Settings -> System -> Debugging -> Enable debug logging), but I'm guessing this is just the TVDB scraper website having issues again.

Interesting...Is there a way to set it to use maybe IMDB? When I've manually tried to refresh certain episodes it has also not scraped.

If you want to try with IMDB then select use the "Universal Scraper" scraper, because the normal IMDB one is broken. Universal Scraper will use IMDB by default.

Ned - stupid question but how do I go about changing it? Like where is the setting for it or do I need to re-add the source?

Go to the previously set sources and bring up the contextual menu and select "change content". You'll be able to change the scraper. When it asks you to update the existing items say no (although it might not matter in this situation... not sure).

Interesting that I didn't have an option for universal scraper so I just installed the one for epguides.com and hope it works Smile

You always choose to run automated scan, right?

I've added screen shots of the contextual menu because it's still doing the same thing...

I have no clue. It scraped some new epi's right and not some others. It's more of an annoyance factor really and it totally messed with my OCD.
