It would be great if XBMC will have "Direction" setting (LTR/RTL) for all the screens/skins.

XBMC already uses RTL by default with Arabic/Hebrew. The only thing that it doesn't do is justify or completely reverse things RTL on screen (i.e. the location of text is the same, but it reads RTL).
