how can i clone the system sd card?
or is it possible to backup the settings to a nas??

I found several hits for "raspberry pi clone sd" on google.
Have you looked at the solutions given for windows and linux ?

it tried a few backup programms like acronis or paragon - with no result

just make a backup of the SD card and than restore to another using software like
win32 image writer

I personally recommend Usbit over win32diskimager as it makes and writes compressed .img.gz images which are much smaller than an uncompressed .img An 8G card uncompressed makes a 8G image, compressed my8G card backups are under 1G, of course it depends on how full the card is. In Usbit go into options and uncheck "check image size >4 gig" of course this will not work if saving the image to a fat32 partition.
