SFTP Source broken?
#1
I'm using Frodo RC3 on my HTC One X and I'm trying to add a SFTP source.
But I'm getting "XBMC was unable to connect to the network location." imediatly after I enter my server adress and user credentials, it's like it's not even trying to connect. Is this feature broken in the Android version or am I doing something wrong?

I'm having the same problem, tested with Frodo RC3 and the current Nightly on a Nexus 7. The SFTP source works fine when connecting from XBMC on Windows.

Now I've tested the final version, but sadly it's still not working.

I see you've got some response at your ticket. Let's hope they can resolve this.

Now that I check the ticket it looks like the problem is fixed. But is it possible to somehow path the existing XBMC version, or do we have to wait for the next releas?

new nightly with the fix is available, thanks for the quick fix. Smile

this even works with pubkey authentication, nice Smile (I had to put them in /sdcard/Android/data/org.xbmc.xbmc/files/.ssh/ on my nexus 7)
