Question about Scraping .actors, .nfos and the <thumb> field
#1
I have a question about the .actors folder and nfos that contain <thumb> field for actors...

When adding to the library, what happens if there is a .actors folder and also an nfo file with the <thumb> for each actor?

Does it use the .actors folder and forego the <thumb> field?

If i have a .actors folder, can i remove the <thumb> from the nfo?

Also, now that i upgraded to Frodo, can i rename the actor thumbs from .tbn to .jpg?

It uses the .actors folder. I would recommend keeping the <thumb> there, however, as then at least the database contains a source image.

And yes, I believe you should be able to rename to .jpg.

@jmarshall
When was it decided to drop actor tbn support for Frodo.. As your above quote, I asked if actors.tbn would still be backwards compatible. Now I find, its not!
