I have been using xbmc for a while on my mac mini and love it... so i decided to set it up on my new iMac aswell this morning... and everything seems to work (playing video, airplay, etc) except that i have no sound... for anything... not even navigating through the menus... i have looked through all the audio settings, and don't think i have overlooked anything. but i still don't know how to fix this

and we still don't know anything about your setup (which audio settings - using internal audio?) - check the speaker configuration in audio-midi-setup in osx...
