Not sure if this is the place to post this but figured I would try.

Been thinking bout building a HTPC for quite some time but not really sure how much it would get used. WT are the benefits of having a HTPC with XBMC?

Having a dedicated media center device running xbmc is a total game changer for how you can enjoy your media collection. The best way to find out is to give it a try :-). Why not start with a $35 Rasperry Pi and see for yourself what we're all raving about!
