Would this be a good machine for xbmc windows platform?

I'm totally new to this so please pardon the basic questions.

Would this machine be powerful enough? I am not a game player but I want a machine that can play back 1080p without stuttering and also play back the various video services that play in a browser (youtube, hulu+, Netflix, TED, etc.)

Lenovo ThinkCentre M57p Core 2 Duo E6550 2.33GHz 2GB 160GB CDRW/DVD Windows 7 Home Premium Small Form Factor

Would I get good quality out of the VGA port on this, or would I have to put in a dedicated video card like a GT 520 or HD 6450 -- if these would fit?

Thanks,
David

Have you taken a look at the wiki entry for Supported Hardware? It's got some basics to start from. You should also take read through the Hardware for XBMC forum, as there are lots of helpful people there as well as some good reading.

Enjoy!
