Hi everyone,

I've a problem with live dvd case background or widget.
Some poster or fanart aren't displayed when they got a special (accented) character in their url, cf. log file :

It's seems that the GetImageHash function don't get the correct path, "mon ha9ros" instead of "mon héros" or "Le Pb4le Express" instead of "Le Pôle Express"
When there is no special character, the poster are well displayed on my live dvd case background.

Environment :
Mac OS X 10.8.3
XBMC 12.0 (new install from scratch)
Aeon Nox 4.0.9 (From XBMC Repo)
SMB Shares On Windows Server 2003

Hopes someone can help on this subject...

Hi Zestef.

Maybe it's because you are under Mac OS X because, under Windows, everything is OK.

But, even if it's works with Windows, I always avoid accented characters in folder and files names

Je pense que c'est dû au fait que tu sois sous Mac OS X car moi, sur mon Windows (XP), ça marche très bien.

Mais même si ça marche sous Windows, j'évite toujours l'utilisation des caractères accentués dans les noms de fichiers et de répertoire

Yes it's maybe a problem with OSx, I will try with a Windows Virtual Machine to check the case.
Or maybe it's problem with network ressource, I will try with local ressources (like your screenshot).

Oui peut être qu'il s'agit d'un problème avec OSx, je vais essayer avec une machine virtuelle windows pour vérifier ce cas.
Ou peut être est-ce un problème avec une ressource réseau, je vais essayer avec des ressources locales (comme dans ta capture d'écran).

Hi Everyone,

I can confirm that's the problem is the mac version (XBMC/AeonNox ?).

- Virtual Machine (VMWARE Fusion) - Windows 7 - XBMC 12.1 - Network File - Everything is ok.
- Mac Os x 10.8.3 - XBMC 12.0 - Local Files - Same Problems.

I will try to take a look a the code at the xml file about the live dvd case because i've no problem with the other xbmc screen (every view of the movie section).
