Hi all,

Please excuse my ignorance and incompetency.

I have just bought a jailbroken apple tv 2 and having some difficulty using XBMC. My apple TV is connected to the internet but when I try play channels or films in XBMC it tells me no PVR is enabled. I then go and enable various PVR's but it flashes up in the bottom right of the screen with failed to connect to whichever pvr it was I selected.

Is there something obvious I am missing or it it because xbmc was set up on another internet address to the one I am using?

Any help would be greatfully appreciated

Do you have a recording device/software set up (aka, PVR backend)? See PVR (wiki). I'm guessing you're wanting some live TV streams from the internet, but that's not what the Live TV/PVR feature in XBMC is about.

you need to do some research on repositories or add ons that provide video / movie content.
