Linux So you have built your Server! Now what?

Wink
Assume you have setup your server for your media running a headless ubuntu linux. Which utilities to install, beside sabnzbd, sickbeard, couchpotato, headphones and maraschino?
Are there cool applications which I do not know about?

Handbrake for converting videos.
Wine + dbpoweramp for converting music.
Virtualbox for virtual machines.
Xbmc to serve up media via upnp.
Mythtv to record/watch live TV. With mythtv you can set your server to suspend when not in use and have it stay awake when downloading, converting etc and wake automatically for recordings.
Shepherd for high quality EPG (Australia only)
Ssh so you can securely connect to your server from any where in the world.
Wake on lan/wan to wake your server remotely.
Powertop to see how you can reduce power consumption for your PC.
Hdparm to spin down HDDs when not in use.
Rsync to backup important files to other computers/drives etc, sync media and backup to/from your android phone
Probably more things that I can't think of right now...

I use tvheadend, ssh and the other little goodies already, I am more interested in media managment and nzb software, accessible via browser interface. I just found spotweb, which is really nice.

Its most likely a foul word to say around here but I also run a Plex Server on my NAS for super easy streaming to mobile devices and when I am at friends places I have a Roku I can bring.

Also Webmin - http://www.webmin.com/

EDIT* After looking at Ajenti that Aenima99x suggested, I am going to look at that, seems like a nicer WebMin system. Thank you Aenima99x

Ajenti looks really promising. I use Supersonic, which is a fork of subsonic. Sadly the subsonic plugin for XBMC does not work

Ajenti seems to be working but to get the nice graphs you need Munin, which is not the nicest of team player with Ubuntu 12.10
