I am selling my atv2 but before I do I want to remove all my personal settings from it. What is the best practice for doing this?
Running Frodo 12.0 on ios 4.3

Do you want to keep them? If so then just back up your userdata folder http://wiki.xbmc.org/?title=Userdata

If you are just selling it and don't mind everything being wiped, then just restore the ATV.

I would rather just hand it over with xbmc installed on it so the person does not have to install it

Just delete the userdata (wiki) folder.
