I upgraded to Frodo this morning, made a backup of my userdata folder...

Upon upgrade, it is as if a whole bunch of the videos just disappeared. I just updated the library and it SEEMS like I now have everything again, except like 50% of my stuff is not marked as watched, despite being watched before.

Is there anything I can do to just mass restore this, considering I have my userdata folder from Eden? Really annoying to lose watched state on SO MUCH of the library...

Yes, ofcourse there is.

Reinstall eden, put userdata back and all will be good. You can then try this again.

Hmm so I was able to downgrade, see everything working in eden.. but upon upgrade, same issue. It's as if it has just elimited one (or a few?) of my source paths, and then by scanning it's all new and unwatched.

Any idea why this might be? I tried the program addon for exporting/importing watched data but it's not working for me in Frodo (exported fine...)
