Hi,

I have a ARM Cortex9 with nVidia Tegra3 GPU. It has ubuntu 12.04 installed on it and gstreamer as the default player. I would like to build XBMC over it so that I can play all supported audio/video formats using GPU.

No one has done that with Ubuntu on ARM yet.

Probably. It's just a matter of getting hardware video decoding working under Ubuntu.
