It finds QAM and ATSC devices and both are enabled and present. I am trying to get analog and/or HD channels off cox cable and when I scan using either of these tuner devices it doesn't find any channels.
Any help would be appreciated.

The analog side of the device is only usable if the Hauppauge SoftPVR components are available on the machine. ie, install Haupauge WinTV7 software, or follow instructions on the NextPVR forums for manually installing the required components.
