When i start xbmc my fans goes to max and when i check cpu load during a tv episode it is at 115%?

Anything i can do to fix this or is it just the way it is?

XBMC Frodo 12.2
MBP 2011 2,7 i7 8gig ram osx 10.8.3

This is not normal. Can you get us a debug log (wiki) of when this happens?
