Hi

Right i have been running openelec for the passed week with no problems so i thought i would give xbmcbuntu a try

it install perfectly no problems at all

i add my advancesetting file as i use mysql when i reboot it the videos etc show up.

however when i try to play anything is says it has been removed

also when i try to browse to the smb://fable-hybrid/media i get a connection error.

on fable-hybrid i have the shares set to everyone with full access

anyone have any ideas??

It's probably an issue of the NetBIOS name not resolving properly. How to fix that, I do not know.
