ACE has been doing some wierd things for me that are not happenning in Confluence. Of course that is like
comparing a Bugatti Veyron.to a VW Rabbit.

I am wondering if someone else has these problems.

When in Low List, and Glass List if I keyboard right-arrow or remote right-arrow just once, XBMC locks up.

In Right-List (my preferred view) it will lock up on the second right-arrow.keypress on both remote and keboard
Debug log gives me no clue, shows the first key pressed and the second but nothing after it.

Also, I have setup "My Menu" with a few favorites and video addons and these will appear in the main menu (clean menu disabled) when "My Menu" is in focus. But open My Menu, and there is no menu coming up

One more recent bug. I use external player (MPC_HC) with everthing set to display on my second display. When a movie ended, MPC would close and XBMC would return to the screen. Now, when MPC closes, XBMC switches back to my PC screen.If I close MPC, using a reote button I programmed, before the movie ends, XBMC come back up just fine.

I have made no changes to my setup other than the normal ACE updates.
Any clue as to what might be going on?

I know it is a lot to ask, but you never know....

I was hoping to avoid it, but I guess this means it is time to wipe it all out and start over...fresh XBMC install, Ace, plugins and addons....sigh...

I have been having the same issue with XBMC and ACE only mine locks up right on start up. I have done a fresh install of XBMC 12.2 and ACE about 3 times and it works for a few days and then starts doing again , At this point I'm starting to suspect the problem may be a faulty HDD although Windows 7 works fine. So I'm not really sure what's going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Im having the same problem on startup. It seems to be busy doing something for a long time and then will populate movies, tv shows, etc, or it will freeze completely and i have to do a restart.Its a great skin but this is really annoying you have to restart two or three times before it rights itself.

I don't know if I'm having a xbmc issue or ace. But it seems when I'm done playing a movie I get these weird sound effects and speaker crackle. Only way to fix is exit xbmc then go back in. After TV shows I don't get the crazy sounds but I get no sounds and have to exit.

Well I have not given up on Ace yet...it is just so much more impressive than other skins.
I installed XBMC 12.2 to another directory (was using 12.0, 12.1 kept switching blanking out on display switches) but same issues prevailed.
Tried loading another skin and so far no problems, but that is not a fair statement, as Ace has many more features.

When I get some time I will debug some more and try to narrow down what is happening.
