Ok hello, Right well im debating whether to build a HTPC or try and make my current system quiet.

I will start with my ideas for a HTPC

And then i decided to change some stuff and came up with these

Preferably want to use it as HTPC and a small server (atleast 2-3 HDD's). SSD will be added at a later date

Or should i make my current computer silent (it's already connected to my tv)

- CPU: AMD FX-6100
- RAM: 4GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz x2
- GPU: ATI Radeon Sapphire HD6770 1GB GDDR5
- PSU: CIT 750w Budget
- Motherboard: Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3
- SSD: 250GB Samsung 840 Series
- HDD1: Some 320GB SATA 7200RPM
- HDD2: WD Green 2TB SATA II 3GB/S 5400RPM
- Case: Zalman Z9-U3
- ODD: IHas124-B DVD-RW
- Keyboard: Microsoft Sidewinder x4
- Mouse: Gigabyte GM-M6880 Laser Mouse
- OS: Windows 8 Professional X64 Legit

The main things that i am thinking of replacing would be the graphics card as the fan makes a lot of noise and the PSU to one with auto fan on/off.

Can you recommend any "silent" but fairly cheap PSU's and can i some how switch between graphics card's like say a low profile fanless one and my current one, would this stop the fan? also is this even possible?

So what do you think would be best?
