[smoothifier]

The screen freezes to a test pattern when any video file is played. Audio continues until movement keys are pressed, then everything is frozen. Mp3 playback with visualization works fine.

This seems to be a libvdpau error, perhaps? I have the proprietary nVidia drivers installed. Mythtv is working with vdpau, or seems to be.

Any suggestions? I tried rebuilding this RPM from source and got the same result.

The package maintainer pointed me to the nightly builds. Last night's nightly build took care of it.
