it seems like stupid videos changed their website layout. can we get the script updated on xbmc scripts or is this not possible with their current setup?

hi there,
i had this exact same concern and could not find the updated stupid videos anywhere on the net.  so, i ended up writing my own.  its still very experimental but it works for 90% of videos.  i am still working on it and will hopefully, update it.. give it a try and let me know if it works for you.

if you press y on any video, it gets added to the favorites list.  once the videos get downloaded, they are cached to config.data file.  if you want to upload your cache, click on update button. once the program exits, it will save the cached videos, and favorites to the config.data.

ps: i completely rewrote the script from scratch since the old one didnt quite serve my purpose.

very pretty, and works perfectly but maybe there is a ntsc/pal problem with screen, i can't see the 2 lasts buttons :lol:

yeah, i was forcing the screen to autoscale to ntsc_4x3. i took that line off and also made many new changes..

the all videos is now alphabetically organized.

when you play a video in any category, it automatically generates a random playlist with all the videos in that category and plays them.

the first time you run the script, it will download all of the video listings in all of the different categories.

umm.. and a few other bug fixes.
try it now and tell me if you're still having display issues.

as i said on the other xbmc python forum, it hangs for me after video playing... it hooks on last video frame, nothing to do but reboot xbmc

hmm.. it works just fine for me... i think it hangs just momentarily after a video is done because its downloading the next video in the list... try giving it some time.. how long does it hang for?

i dont get the same problem so maybe someone can figure out what the exact cause of the problem is and i'll try to find a solution??
