Hey Guys!
I've been a long time XBMC user, but now I plan to piece together a dedicated, small form factor HTPC as a set top box strictly for accessing content over my LAN on my deskop which I already have XBMC configured.
I know I went a little overkill, but I'd rather not worry about having to upgrade this thing any time soon .
Processor: AMD A8-6600K
RAM: 4GB DDR3-1333
GPU: IGP Radeon 8570D
My real question is, I am toying with just using XBMCUbuntu for this. Are there any known issues with the Richland CPU?
Would I be better off simply installing Windows 7 and doing it that way?
Let me know.
Thanks!
