I recently read an article on Anandtech regarding Haswell CPU that there might be a problem with 50Hz refresh rates ? Is this problem still present on Intel integrated GPU?

I have a plasma TV that can't display 60Hz properly without flickering, so I really need 50Hz output. Unless I have misunderstood something about how these refresh rates work..

Hadn't heard about 50Hz being an issue. Clarkdale, Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge handle 50Hz output fine in my experience. 24Hz is an issue for them, but apparently Haswell has fixed 24Hz?
