Peace,
I'm using Fernetmenta's XBMC -- ppa:wsnipex/xbmc-fernetmenta-master
I'm also using the new Radeon OSS w/ vdpua drivers.
I'm experiencing horrible Scanning performance (Scanning tv shows using The TVDB.
what used to take maybe 2-3 minutes, is now taking 10+ minutes.
Here's a debug log as the scan is happening -- http://paste.ubuntu.com/6218896/
at first I thought maybe something was happening to my EXT HDD. but then I moved some of the files to my HDD, and it's still just as slow.
other problem is, i try to click on Stop Scanning, it just laughs at me, and it just keeps going. I don't know if it shows in the log where i have click on Stop Scanning thrice (3 times) in the process.
XBMC 13alpha9
Fresh Install with Radeon OSS vdpua drivers
