Any news on usage stats/rating that were discussed a while ago?

I'd be interested in having this when the time comes. Preferably something i'd have "private" access to, like you would have with website analytics. Perhaps in the forum's User Control Panel? And when i make a project page on my website with some screenshots and a Git link, it would be cool to have some "real time" statistics counter to add there.
