As of recently Plex Home Theater (XBMC fork) is offering ability to change subtitle and audio tracks from DialogVideoInfo.xml (PlexPreplayVideo.xml) and VideoOSD.xml
This comes handy for all all less savvy users as it is, IMHO opinion, much easier to use than going into audio&subtitle or video settings. In addition, user has immediate feedback about what tracks are currently selected .
I'm aware that Gotham brings subtitle track management more upfront but current implementation is a bit geeky IMHO. If those changes could be ported from Plex we would have a subtitles dialog with a list of options like:
= None =
= Track 1 =
= Track 2 =
...
= Download =
I thought it would be a nice addition to already planned subtitles management refactor that's taking place ATM.

Thanks for considering.
