Yesterday I fall sleep watching a movie today I wake up and for a few hours I wasn't able to remember what movie was
So I start thinking of a "Last Watched" but I can't find any information or plugin

any one knows if this option exist or plugin?

Or just a simple smart playlist.
That´s actually what I do for the exact same reason (happens all the time).
You do not even have to set a rule, only sort order to last played (and choose type -> Movie of course).
