Hello xmbc forum/helpers

First off all, i have never used xbmc before. The only reason i would try it out, was because I am planning on building a HTPC.
I then installed it on my laptop (which is going to be my xbmc HTPC only).

I found out i could enable airplay on the laptop and then stream from my ipad (moviebox app), to the laptop in theory.

But but but. I cannot seem to get it working:
Bonjour installed
Airplay enabled
Same network - my remote app XBmoteC works

The only thing missing is the airplay icon on my ipad 3 (ios 7.0.4) and Iphone 4 (6.1.2).

I have read something about Frodo 12,3 cannot mirror, but does that mean i cannot stream from my ipad to my laptop then?

I just installed Remote. It works.
I tried installing airserver in cydia, making my ipad an airplay receiver. It works too. Making the airplayer icon visable.

So i Think it is the Xbmc which is not working....

I figured it out!

My pc username was with nordic chars (æøå) which caused the problem!
