Same problem.
8th of February Nightly build has bricked my ATV2 with ios 4.3
Constants reboots showing Apple logo.

I have shsh of old versions but I can't restore it with Seass0npass.
The solution is restore with Seass0npass to 5.3 version (signed by apple yet).
Having done this, you may need to disconnect the ethernet cable to exit the Apple logo on first boot.

Trying to reproduce the issue. What i have done so far:

Downgraded to atv version 5.2
- apt-get update
- apt-get install syslogd
- reboot
- apt-get install org.xbmc.xbmc-atv2
- wget http://mirrors.xbmc.org/nightlies/darwin...r-atv2.deb
- dpkg -i xbmc-20140206-58b327c-master-atv2.deb

I used the nightly from feb 6th as it was mentioned here. Also i used atv version 5.2 as it was mentioned here. I also played with xbmc and rebooted the box. Nothing bad happened.

Going to do the same for atv 4.3 now (as this was mentioned here aswell).

Correction - had to try it with 4.4.4 (the last version with old user interface) because the atv2 where i have the older blobs for is at my friends house. Whatever - i am able to reproduce the problem with that - and i am able to find the right spot for removing XBMC via ssh before it reboots again ... so now i should be able to dig a bit more into the problem (if time permits *sigh*).

Had the same problem and was beside myself as I didn't have the blobs. Thank goodness I checked here as I was resigned to thinking I'd have to stick with a non jb'ed device, didn't know 5.3 was still signed.

Anyway, took me 3 days to get the jb to take and eventually had to dig out an old PC laptop as it wouldn't work on my mac at all.

All back to normal now though on the latest nightly, xbmc seems to be periodically pausing on playback which is a bit weird.

Kudos to Memphiz and every for getting the fix. You guys rock.
