I've noticed that the NextPVR XBMC client timeshifting feature works a little strangely.
If you start watching TV halfway through an episode then it still shows the full timeline of the episode, and there's no visual indication of when you started watching the episode, how much of the episode you have buffered for timeshifting, etc.
I was just curious is this a limitation of XBMC's PVR client API? I've been looking at Gotham's PVR Client C++ API and haven't been able to determine if it's possible to make a more user-friendly PVR client in regards to timeshifting and how the timeshift buffer is displayed on the UI.
