Sooo I did a factory reset and yup file didn't go to sd card. Completed deleted xbmc. Hoping this forum will help me out.
What do I do?

easy thing there just go to xbmc.org on the page click the download Frodo 12.3 the next page has the android selection (arm) choice that and install from your mx2 (not your comp)

Thanks for the fast reply. I think I did that? Lol. When I go into settings then downloads. I click xbmc it then reads can't open file. Suggestions? Try again? I am doing this on my tv through google.

not from your tv or comp oh wait from tv using mx2 should work
I did the same with mine (mx2) and reinstalled xbmc and the method worked great
