ATX12V and Supermicro MB

Question
I've want to make a silent pc for 3-4 years. Today I bought Supermicro X10SBA I want no fan on PSU so I'll buy a PicoPSU. But my concern is should I buy ATX or ATX12V enough to run this MB?

Should I buy this kit http://www.mini-box.com/12v-16A-AC-DC-Power-Adapter or only http://www.mini-box.com/picoPSU-160-XT this enough?

I am looking at the same motherboard and I notice it has basically a built in pico-psu as it can take a 12V only feed and make it's own 5v and 3.3v through an onboard dc-dc converter. Can you report back on how you decided to power the board? Can you power a HDD array through the onboard converter?

I bought picoPSU-160 but I hate it. It has a fan. A noise like a bee.
