i'd like to be able to adjust the smb timeout period. it's a real pain when you have multiple path bookmarks (local and smb), and the pc the smb share is pointing at is turned off. you need to wait about a minute before being able to access your local shares. if the option to adjust the smb timeout requires too much work, could the timeout period be lowered, to say 5 seconds? if the server is taking longer than 5 seconds to respond, surely either 1) it is inaccessible, or 2) it's too friggin slow to be able to stream seamlessly anyway.
