Win XBMC 13.0 Videos' Thumbnails
#1
All of the video files in my library have accompanying images. Some also include .info (movie info) files and/or .srt files (captions).
  • C:\Video Path\Some File.avi
  • C:\Video Path\Some File.jpg
  • C:\Video Path\Some File.nfo
  • C:\Video Path\Some File.srt

I have the file list in XBMC set to thumbnails, but instead of seeing one of the IMDB images I have with the same name in the same folder, I see something that is generated with a snapshot of the video.

Also, files that already include text files are not automatically playing them - even though I set it to do that in the Settings.

Am I doing something wrong?

Oh, and I am currently NOT using any kind of scraper, as defined in this page:

Why? My media already has all of this. Isn't there a way to tell XBMC that the images are right there next to the files?
