just updated my openelec 3.2.4 frodo to 4.0 gotham.

the overscan don't save. i boot openelec, adjust the overscan settings
when i reboot it reverts to its default settings. this happens on whichever skin i try

any suggestions

Hi,

Same here... Bug is there from a couple of builds (testbuilds also) of gotham ago.
Must wait, if ther is a fix.

I did a "for the moment fix" in Apperance:Skin and there i do the zoom at -2 or -4 % to match the skin on my tv.
This setting is remembered by xbmc at the moment....

Hope that help a little until the over/underscan. Function is fixed.

If I adjusted my resolution to 1680x1050p it would be spot on for my display but it looked terrible. Adjust using the zoom method works great. Thanks for your input

you may be better off compensating for overscan at the firmware level by adjusting flash/config.txt instead
