I find it hard to believe both applications don't work in LP. They haven't release any update nor sopcast nor acestream. Are u sure you cant use the official applications or are u using a x86 device?

Hi Thanks for the awesome addon. Sorry i have only one problem i am running on Android and just updated to 1.1.8 the error upon entering the addon has gone but now when i try to load a parser it is giving a script error. I tried to remove and re install the parsers but still not working can you help please. Thanks beforehand.

Didn't tried acestream, only sopcast and yes, it's not working. Galaxy s5 arm, kodi rc3

Yes, of course, there is another error in their app, "unknown error" when trying to play a channel.

Hum, just realized you're running kodi and openelec rc, I've never tested it before. The addon was always developed using the current openelec stable ( OpenELEC Stable - Generic x86_64 Version:4.2.1) version which is using gotham 13.2.
Something probably changed in the distro as it looks like some libs are missing (libcrypto in this case).
I'll have a look at it later (still unstable software despite the high RC version)

Acestream apk is needed only if you want to play the content outside xbmc/kodi. If you want to play the content inside kodi/xbmc then Acestream apk is not needed. Internal - play content in xbmc/kodi. external - play content in external player
