I have all my media files on 3 external (2T) bus powered USB drives.
The more modern they are, the more energy saving they have.
You can not override to 0 min via the "turn off hard disk after" in power management.
So after watching something on disk 1, disc 2 and 3 go to snooze.
Going back into Favorites after watching and moving the cursor just to something what is on disc 2 or 3, Kodi 13.2 freezes until the disk is awake and running. Then the same thing happens if the next step involves the drive what is still asleep.
I can prevent this with a keep alive utility what writes something on all 3 disks every minute or so.
What I would like to find/have is an integrated solution what the moment I am in the main menu and sub menus automatically spins up all drives.
Any input is welcome.
