this is mainly for spiff, since afaik he did the patch for hiding directory names in my videos. it seems like it'd be a little bit more flexible/clean to do this within the skin engine, or at least make it an option. i was planning on doing up a simple "on/off" patch which has two thumbnail panels, one with unaltered code which is visible by default, and one with "wide" code (altered icon sizes, etc) which is only visible when you turn on "wide mode". what do ya think?
