Hello,

I searched around but found nothing about this.

I used the Maintenance Tool to "Purge Packages" and all the "Watched" check marks were gone from my library. Is this normal behavior? Is there any way to get them back?

There is no maintenance tool provided by xbmc.org/kodi.tv

Go ask whoever provided you with this crap.
