Hi.
i have a SkyStar 2 PCI DVBCard , and i want to watch TV in XBMC(12.3).
how can i do that?

You need to set up a backend -> http://kodi.wiki/view/PVR

Your choice of backend depends upon the OS you are running, and if its Linux, whether or not your card is supported.

SkyStar 2 works fine in linux, and I have successfully run two of them wth mythtv. I recommend mythtv to everyone, because I have successfully used it for years.
