Just a hint...your log shows xbmc 13 which isnt Frodo anymore. We told you to update to 13.2 and we told you how to do and post a new log after updating and reproducing your issue.
Fritsch and wsnipex, who are developers of xbmc, told how to fix your issue. If I were you, i would listen to them. Otherwise dont ask question if you dont like the answers. They are trying to help you. Your choice...take it or leave it.

mmm Shake it gently! Does it make rattling sound? Does it sound like something is loose? Then it is broken alright!

As mentioned PulseAudio ist not installed and not in use. ALSA is.
aplay -D plughw:1,3 /usr/share/sounds/alsa/Front_Center.wav
produces sound output on HDMI. So it seems to be a XBMC related problem itself.

It's just HDMI that finished sending sound.

It doesnt matter what your fancy alsa config forces the devices names to be you cannot hide the fact Pulseaudio is installed and is grabbing your devices.

I got sound back. It was so crazy. By mistake I muted XBMC from my Galaxy Tab 3 using Yatse. Could not see this in XBMC. After I recognized and changed it sound worked.
