You should probably contact the seller

IMPORTANT:
The official Kodi version does not contain any content what so ever. This means that you should provide your own content from a local or remote storage location, DVD, Blu-Ray or any other media carrier that you own. Additionally Kodi allows you to install third-party plugins that may provide access to content that is freely available on the official content provider website. The watching or listening of illegal or pirated content which would otherwise need to be paid for is not endorsed or approved by Team Kodi.

Just to be clear, we write free and open source software here and do not sell hardware nor provide remote support.

Welcome to the forums.

Thank you for your post.

No one here provides anyone with free/paid support and remote fix or call you back to help regarding your technical problems at your disposal. If anyone does be suspicious and dont hand out credit card details.

This is a community forum where users help other users, not where you ask random and such a badly formulated question/tittle or a combination of both, that there is simply no way of knowing what you are talking about or even trying to guess what it is you are asking or talking about.

Please refer to Official:Forum_rules#ADVICE:_How_do_I_ask_a_question_in_a_smart_way.3F (wiki) and try again

Thank you for your understanding!
