#1
When I reboot, I don't have sound anymore. The symptoms:

after reboot I try to play a file: no sound. check settings, wrong audio card selected. If I choose the right one no difference.
I put the computer to sleep, on start I choose the correct card, no change
I put the computer to sleep a second time, on start I choose the correct card, I have sound.
I can now put the computer to sleep and on start I allways have sound. until I restart....
Please help.

Verify that audio is working on your desktop before you start xbmc.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

Your logfile indicates a fully blown pulseaudio installation. If you don't want to use a desktop, remove it. You need desktop tools to properly configure it (I am quite sure you are not a config file hacker).
