Hi.
I have xbmc 13.2 on fresh dedicated w7 64bit.
Just added the youtube addon but it wont load about 80% of the movies. Why is this?
I upgraded from w xp xbmc 12. That never had a problem loading anything.
This new install is giving me problem after problem.

blame Youtube for cutting down the amount of videos that don't use their new video format.

2 weeks ago it played every movie on youtube. I upgrade, it suddenly plays nothing anymore and its youtubes fault? Somehow that doesnt seem very plausible

To confirm this hypothesis, a downgrade should be tested first. YouTube changed the calculation of the signature a few days back. Without it, you can't play some videos. So a downgrade would be the least, to confirm this.

Hadn't heard about this.. Are we due to lose YouTube support in the future then?
What format have they switched to?

Downgrading might be a good idea to try. Problems started with the newer version of xbmc.
xbmc 12 played every youtube movie until i upgraded a few weeks ago.
Also my dts wav files played without problems. 13.2 wont play most of those same files.
Same hardware. just W7 instead of xp.

I have noticed the same. I'm suspecting the pre-roll adds on some YouTube videos to cause this problem. Any thoughts on that?
